Read Across America

During the week of February 25^th, Carl Sandburg Middle School’s students and staff celebrated Read Across America.   Read Across America is an annual reading celebration aimed at bringing awareness to the importance of positive reading skills.  It was also designed to motivate students to celebrate reading.  Each day of the week was dedicated to a different Dr. Seuss story, which encouraged students to show school spirit by participating in each of the daily Dr. Seuss themes.
