Red Ribbon Week

Every year at Carl Sandburg middle school, the Students Against Destructive Decisions (S.A.D.D) holds the annual Red Ribbon Week. This week symbolizes the commitment to raise awareness of the killing and destruction caused by drugs in America.  Red Ribbon Week, developed by the National Family Partnership, began in 1988 and is held October 23rd to the 31st of every year.
