Michelle Wiatrowski , the Music Departments assistant director, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Since she is currently undergoing treatment she was unable to attend the rehearsals for the Winter Concert. Since she couldn’t be with us here physically, but always in our hearts, we asked her to request a song for the concert. She chose “Lean on Me”, as a song to give her comfort and strength as she battles the disease. She’s doing well with her treatments and looks forward to our spring concert as she misses all of us.
